cant connect

Hi all,
i cant connect on frozen mu game and webside with my cpu!
with other cpu i see server is online!
what happen?
u ban my IP??
if yes, why?? i dont understand......
i play always fair und dont use hacked programms or anything!
admin see me many time playing and he like what i do!!
he never see me with duped items or use speed hack or others.....
why i cant connect???
